Schedule - Progmamma
- Start: Thursday, September 25th at 11:00 AM / Inizio: Giovedì 25 Settembre alle 11:00 AM
- End: Sunday, Septemper 28th at 1:00 PM /Fine: Domenica 28 Settembre alle 13:00 PM
- Preparation: Thursday afternoon will be dedicated to grounding exercises and group work to prepare for the breathwork sessions.
- Holotropic Breathwork: Friday and Saturday will be filled with immersive breathwork sessions with experienced facilitators.
- Integration and Closure: Sunday morning will focus on integrating your experiences and closing the retreat with a sense of peace and renewal.
Preparazione: Giovedì pomeriggio sarà dedicato a esercizi di grounding e lavoro di gruppo per prepararsi alle sessioni di Breathwork.
Sessioni di Respiro: Venerdì e Sabato saranno dedicati a sessioni immersive di Breathwork con facilitatori esperti.
Integrazione e Chiusura: Domenica mattina sarà focalizzata sull'integrazione delle esperienze vissute e sulla chiusura del ritiro con un senso di pace e rinnovamento.
Giovedì / Thursday
- Dalle 10:30 in poi: Check-in nell’agriturismo e assegnazione stanze / From 10:30 AM onwards: Check-in at the agriturismo and room assignements
- Dalle 11:30 alle 12:30: Registrazione al modulo (e pagamento quota seminario una parte burocratica /From 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM: Module registration (and seminar fee payment, a bureaucratic part)
- Dalle 13:15 alle 14:30: Pranzo, è incluso nel costo, quindi mangia con noi se riesci! /From 1:15 PM to 2:30 PM: Lunch, included in the cost, so eat with us if you can!
- Ore 14:30: Apertura cerchio e inizio delle pratiche /2:30 PM: Circle opening and start of practices
Domenica / Sunday
Verso le ore 13.15: Conclusione e pranzo per chi vuole (a pagamento e su prenotazione, ma ti avviseremo per non farti dimenticare). /Around 1:15 PM: Conclusion and lunch for those who want (for a fee and by reservation, but we will remind you not to forget).

The amount of the deposit will be refunded by the hotel only for cancellations made 15 days before the event.
