Holotropic Breathwork workshop
MEET YOUR INNER CHILD
.In this part of the workshop, we will minimize theoretical content and focus on practical exercises and activities to help us open up emotionally and connect with different parts of ourselves, which may vary in age. We will view situations from several perspectives and offer a non-judgmental, supportive approach to our Inner Child.
WHAT WILL THE WORKSHOP LOOK LIKE?
On the first day, we will begin with an introductory lecture on Holotropic Breathwork and, after a lunch break, work with the Inner Child to prepare for the breathing sessions.
The second day will be dedicated to breathwork sessions (in pairs, with each person having one session).
On the third day, we will focus on integrating the experience and providing post-workshop guidance and information.
Workshop hours:
- Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
