transformative breath.
Welcome to this day of holotropic breathwork, during
which you'll have the opportunity to explore your psyche in depth through an
expanded state of consciousness influenced by your breath.
The sessions take place in a safe, caring space and are led by experienced transpersonal therapists and certified Grof Transpersonal Training© facilitators.
The day starts at 9am and finishes around 8pm.
For new participants, a virtual presentation and preparation meeting will be held the day before, from 8pm to 9.30pm. This meeting is essential in order to take part in the day, and will describe the basics of transpersonal psychology and the holotropic paradigm, including the notions of the inner healer, the perinatal matrices, the yoga of the cross (Awareness Positioning System), etc.
Holotropic breathwork is accessible to beginners as well as to people with experience in this field.
WORKSHOP PROGRAMME
The day before at 8pm (for new participants) _On-line theoretical presentation of the fundamental principles of the technique (approx. 90')
The day of the workshop, from 9am to 8pm
- Welcome & introduction and formation of pairs (once you "breathe", once you "accompany")
- Morning of breathing (about 3 hours)
- Creativity time if desired
- Lunch together
- Breathing afternoon (approx. 3 hours)
- Creativity time if desired
- Sharing circle & integration council, closing and return home.
SESSIONS ARE HELD IN FRENCH, WITH ENGLISH TRANSLATION AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.

Payment Policy
The price is 200 CHF/EUR per person and includes accompaniment by two facilitators, preparation, the online preparation session, as well as snacks, drinks and a simple vegetarian meal. Student / retired / unemployed or needy rates on request.
Participants are responsible for any additional costs (accommodation, transport), but we remain at your disposal for any questions or assistance you may require.
To reserve your place, a deposit of CHF / EUR 100 is required (to be paid into an account which we will indicate to you).
Before any definitive enrolment, we will arrange a telephone interview on the basis of a confidential information form that we will send you by e-mail. This document enables us to check that there are no medical contraindications to the practice of holotropic breathing, in order to guarantee your safety and optimum support. At the end of this interview, you will be asked to pay the balance of the workshop, which will validate your final registration.
For people experiencing holotropic breathing for the first time, we strongly encourage an integration session by video with a certified facilitator within 3 weeks of your session, in order to get the maximum benefit from it. More information on request.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation up to 10 days before the day of the workshop, we reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee of CHF/EUR 50 (i.e. a refund of CHF/EUR 150). In the event of cancellation the previous week, the sum of CHF/EUR 50 will be refunded.
The organiser is not responsible for any cancellation fees for additional expenses.
If the organiser were to cancel the event, the sum would be refunded in full or kept for a future date at your convenience.
