This intensive is not merely a workshop – it is a profound immersion into yourself, a journey through your inner layers where we release old burdens and open space for growth and new life energy. This time we will dive into the topic of early memories influencing our adult life.
Personal boundaries are not something we learn by heart—they are felt in the body. Some of us “freeze” in an instant, swallow hard, and are suddenly at a loss for words. Others immediately become defensive and go on the attack, while some unconsciously turn into people-pleasers and forget what they themselves actually want.
We explore this important topic in depth, from the perspective of transpersonal psychology, and through the body and breath, we transform what is ready to be brought into awareness and released.
All this will take place surrounded by nature, in the peaceful setting of the magical Repro Eko Farm, where nature itself reminds us of the rhythm of change, release, and rebirth.
