About
You are invited to join us for a one-day Holotropic Breathwork workshop at Anam Kara Wellness in the grounds of Glendalough House, Co Wicklow, Ireland. This workshop is open both to those new to the work and to those with previous experience.
The day is structured around two breathing sessions, with participants taking turns in the roles of breather and sitter. The workshop also includes opening and closing circles, mandala drawing and time for integration and reflection throughout the day.
Evening meal, tea, coffee, light snacks and materials for mandala drawing are provided.
Group size is limited to 16 participants.
Price
To help keep the work as accessible as possible, three pricing options are offered:
- Supported price: €175
- Standard price: €225
- Supporter price: €275
Choosing the supporter price helps make a supported place available for someone else.

Registration happens in a few steps:
- Complete the registration and medical questionnaire using this link.
- We'll review your form and get back in touch by email, usually within a few days. If the workshop is a good fit, we'll send a payment link to confirm your place.
- If you're new to our workshops, we'll also send a link to book a short check-in call before the day; a chance to say hello, hear what's drawing you to the work and answer any questions you have.
The medical questionnaire helps ensure the workshop is safe and appropriate for you. Please answer as openly and honestly as you can. If anything is unclear, feel free to get in touch.

Payment Policy
Full payment by bank transfer is required in advance to secure your place, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy
Session Cancellation (by us):
Sessions run in all weather conditions unless travel is unsafe. In that case, you will be notified by email the day before and the session will be rescheduled or a full refund will be offered.
If a facilitator needs to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled or a full refund will be offered.
If there are insufficient participants for a workshop to run, you will be given the option to reschedule to another workshop within 2 years or receive a full refund. This decision will be made no later than 7 days before the workshop.
Any refunds will be processed promptly.
No reimbursement is provided for travel or accommodation costs.
Cancellation (by you)
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund
- 14 days to 48 hours before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund
You may transfer your place to another person up to 48 hours in advance of the workshop at no additional cost, subject to our prior approval.
Refunds are not available for non-attendance.
