Saturday November 4th
Breakfast: 07.30- 08.30 am
Breathwork (1): 8.45 am- 12.00pm
Lunch: 13.00- 14.00
Breathwork (2): 14.45- 18.00
Dinner: 18.30- 19.30
Reflection time & group check-in: 20.30
Sunday November 5th
Breakfast: 08.00-09.30am
Time in Nature & sharing: 10.00- 11.30
Tea/coffee Break: 11.30- 11.45 am
Integration & Self-care: 11.45- 13.30
Lunch: 13.30- 14.30
The workshop closes after lunch.

Dublin Airport.....a four hour drive to Shanbolard.
There are direct bus services from Dublin Airport to Galway City Bus station( check you are booking the direct service).
There are also bus services from Dublin City Centre ( check you are booking direct service to Galway City)
Bus service from Galway Bus station to Clifden. Shanbolard is a 15 minute drive from Clifden....we can arrange collection or alternatively there are various taxi services ( pre-booking essential)
