Double Holotropic Breathwork workshop Holotropic Breathwork in Hungary 21-24th March 2024
This 2.5-day Holotropic Breathwork workshop allows for experiencing expensed state of consciousness in a safe and supported setting that can offer the possibility for self-healing and further self-exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to experience two sessions as breathers and two as sitters in a safe, warm, inclusive and non-judgmental setting.
No experience is necessary, an in-depth explanation for first time breathers will be given upon arrival prior to the opening circle. The workshop will be held in Hungarian with English translation, if needed. This workshop will take place in Kunbabony, in a peaceful and magical venue built to host community-centered events, situated an hour away south of Budapest.
The number of participants is limited to 16 persons. All participants agree to staying for the whole workshop (from Thursday to Sunday); we do not offer an option for partial participation.

Schedule
We start on Thursday at 5:30 pm and close on Sunday after lunch around 1 pm. (ending times could vary)
Thursday evening: Opening Circle, getting to know each other, soul collage and introduction to Holotropic Breathwork.
Friday & Saturday: four breathwork sessions (two times “breathing”, two times “sitting”) Integration will happen through artwork, sharing (as much or as little as you like) and body movement.
Sunday: Sharing Circle and information on integration of the experience.

Price of the rooms and food, including coffee breaks:
Full-board 120 Euro/3 nights in a shared room or 140 Euro/3 nights in a single room. Please know that there is no guarantee for a single room!

Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is € 50,- any time you cancel the workshop.
No cancellations fee for any Covid 19 issues with a medical confirmation.
If you cancel the workshop within 15 days before the starting date, the whole workshop amount will not be refunded, but after deducting the € 50,- cancellation fee it could be applied to any other workshop.
If the organisation should cancel the event due to any reason - for example Covid-19 restrictions - the entire amount paid for the cancelled event will be refund to the participants.
Important: The organisation will not take responsibilities for any additional expenses the cancellation may cause to the participant, as for example, travel expenses (flight tickets, car rental, etc.)
