Through the synergy of music and breathwork, participants can navigate the vast terrains of their inner selves, uncover life’s profound meanings, and experience significant transformation.

This process allows you to release internal blockages and find relaxation, connection, vitality, and a sense of belonging. It offers opportunities to discover answers, recognise life patterns, understand the impacts of your birth on your current life, reduce stress, and authentically engage with a supportive community.
Holotropic breathing empowers you to tap into your inner resources, gain insightful revelations, and embrace your inherent truths, thereby living more authentically.
No previous experience is required. The workshop will be conducted in both German and/ or English.
Workshop
Friday: Introduction & preparation, 7:00pm- 10 pm
Saturday: Holotropic Breathwork 10:000am – 7:00pm.
Sunday: Integration & Sharing 10:00 - 2 pm
(ending times could vary)
This is not a residential workshop.
On the weekend we will provide drinks (coffee, tea, water) and snacks (fruit, chocolate, biscuits). The price includes lunch on Saturday.

Keine Vorkenntnisse nötig. Der Workshop wird auf Deutsch ggfls. in Englisch angeboten.

Freitag: Einführung & Vorbereitung 19:00 – 22:00
Samstag : Praktischer Teil, Holotropes Atmen 10:00 –19:00
Sonntag: Integration & Sharing, 10:00 - 14:00:

Es ist ein Workshop ohne Übernachtung.
Am Wochenende werden wir Getränke (Kaffee, Tee, Wasser) und Snacks (Obst, Schokolade, Kekse) vorhalten. Das Mittagessen am Samstag ist inklusive.

If you cancel your place two weeks before the workshop a non refundable fee of 80€ applies.
