Join the HB Berlin Team for a rare opportunity to explore Holotropic Breathwork® alongside Zen meditation. This five-day retreat combines deep experiential work with grounded contemplative practice, offering space to explore your inner life, integrate experiences, and develop clarity and presence - all within a supportive community.

What makes this retreat unique:
- Experience four Holotropic Breathwork® sessions (two as Breather, two as Sitter) in a safe and supportive setting
- Daily Zazen meditation, including seated and walking meditation, posture awareness, and mindful breathing
- Lectures, sharing circles, creative practices including mandalas, gentle movement, and group activities
- Integration of HB experiences through Zen practice, helping participants embody insights, reduce mental clutter, see patterns of thought & self clearly and find greater freedom in living
- Small group setting offering guidance, support, and connection with others
- Set in the beautiful natural surroundings and serene seminarhouse of Plockhorst, providing an ideal environment for reflection and presence
No previous experience in HB or Zen is required - all are welcome.
The workshops are set up to create a deep sense of support and safety for participants, which facilitates the exploration of consciousness and deeper levels of awareness.
The number of participants is limited.
The workshop will be held in english / german with translation in either direction.
This is a residential workshop. We kindly ask all participants to stay at the retreat centre.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel the workshop up to 21 days before the workshop, we will transfer the money back to you. Cancellation within the 21 days before the workshop, we can only refund the money, if we can fill your spot.
