AUTUMN BREATHWORK WORKSHOP
Thursday September 24th, 5pm to Sunday September 27th, 2pm (2 Sessions PP)
The workshop starts with registration between 5 and 7.30pm and a light snack of soup and salad followed by the Opening Circle.
2 days of Breathwork are then followed by a morning of Integration and a Closing Circle
