Payment Policy

When you register via our website we will send you details of the available choice of accommodation. The fee is £725 plus the cost of your accommodation option

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations up to one month before the event, We will refund £625.. Cancellation within 30 days of event: Refund £500. Cancellation within one week, there will be no refund. If cancellation is necessary because of illness or unexpected significant events, then we can hold a place for you at a future event, and we will retain your payment.
