MATTEO DEFRAIA

Matteo is a psychologist, Gestalt psychotherapist, and artist based in Florence. His work weaves together psychotherapy, bodywork, creativity, and an interest in non-ordinary states of consciousness. 

He works with psychedelic integration and the transpersonal dimension, while exploring painting, music, and poetry as paths of inquiry and discovery.A visionary and a wanderer at heart, he found in Holotropic Breathwork a space where many of the things he loves come together: body, music, relationship, and mystery.
