Dina Pluzhnikova
Dina was born in the heart of Eastern Siberia, near the sacred waters of Lake Baikal - a land of ancient wisdom, ancestral traditions, and a deep connection with the spirit of nature.
At a certain point in her life, stepping into the corporate world, she experienced how painful it can be to become disconnected from nature, from the body, and ultimately from one’s own Self. This realization became the beginning of a profound inner journey.
Her path of self-exploration has been shaped by diverse practices, including rebirthing, Reiki, yoga, and shamanic traditions, which she explored in Ukraine, Crimean and Carpathian Mountains.
Dina first encountered Holotropic Breathwork® in 2018. Later during a profound personal crisis, she experienced the transformative potential of expanded states of consciousness and felt a calling to support others in navigating these meaningful inner journeys. Now she is in training to become a facilitator.
Dina is deeply passionate about this work and feels inspired by its potential to reconnect people with their own inner resources, self-empowerment, and the wisdom of the inner healer.
She believes that when we courageously turn inward and do our own inner work, we contribute to making the world a little more conscious, compassionate, and whole.
Beyond her professional path, she finds joy and inspiration in nature, movement and sports, music, art, and the simple beauty of authentic moments.
