Introduction
From ancient times, humans have explored non-ordinary states of consciousness to delve into the self. Our Holotropic Breathwork weekend provides a secure environment for such exploration. Through the synergy of music and breathwork, participants can navigate the vast terrains of their inner selves, uncover life’s profound meanings, and experience significant transformation.

This process allows you to release internal blockages and find relaxation, connection, vitality, and a sense of belonging. It offers opportunities to discover answers, recognise life patterns, understand the impacts of your birth on your current life, reduce stress, and authentically engage with a supportive community.
Holotropic breathing empowers you to tap into your inner resources, gain insightful revelations, and embrace your inherent truths, thereby living more authentically.
No previous experience is required. The workshop will be conducted in both German and English.
Deep Dance® your Inner Rhythm
Free yourself through movement.
We invite you to dance from within—with eyes closed, listening to your body and letting it guide you.
This is not about performing, but about becoming the dance itself.
What is Deepdance?
Created by Carol Villalón, Deepdance is a body-based, free dance method guided by a wave of music mixed at the spot.
It blends her background as a DJ, art and Gestalt therapist, and draws from bioenergetics, and authentic Movement.
A transpersonal journey of freedom
With your eyes closed and no choreography to follow, Deepdance invites you into a deep inner journey.
The music leads, and you thought different rhythms and music landscapes—moving beyond thought, connecting with body, emotion, and spirit.
Structure
We begin with a warm-up, followed a set uninterrupted global music, and we integrate with meditation and sharing.
No dance experience is needed—just openness and presence, and the wish to enjoy the pleasure of free movement.
Why dance?
Because through rhythm, we remember.
Because through movement, we awaken.
Because in silence and sound, we return to ourselves.
Workshop
Friday: Introduction & preparation, 6:00pm- 10 pm
Saturday: Holotropic Breathwork 9:30am – 8:00pm.
Sunday: Integration & Sharing 9:30 - 1 pm
(ending times could vary)
This is not a residential workshop but if you come from abroad we are happy to help you find accommodation. You also can stay for free at the workshop space, although there is no shower or fridge.
On the weekend we will provide drinks (coffee, tea, water) and snacks (fruit, chocolate, biscuits). Please bring your own lunch for Saturday lunchtime.

The workshop fee is 270€/ 250€/ 230€ self evaluation.
In order to register, I will send you a registration and a medical form, please fill and sign them both and mail them back to me. I will confirm your place.
Cancellation
If you cancel your place two weeks before the workshop a non refundable fee of 80€ applies.
