Hyakujōgan Zendo, Naturpark Hohe Wand · 30. April – 3. Mai 2026
Donnerstag, 30. April, 16:00 Uhr – Check In und Einführung
Sonntag, 3. Mai, ca. 14:00 Uhr – Abschluss mit gemeinsamem Mittagessen
Sprachen: Deutsch und, bei Bedarf, Englisch, Übersetzung wird bereitgestellt.

Hyakujōgan Zendo, Hohe Wand Nature Park · April 30 – May 3, 2026
Double Breathwork – Residential Retreat
If you already know Holotropic Breathwork, you know: what holds a session matters as much as the session itself. We are bringing the established residential retreat format back to Austria on a regular basis – four breathing sessions over several days, alternating between Breather and Sitter.
Why a residential retreat?
Four sessions – twice as Breather, twice as Sitter – make possible a depth that a day seminar cannot offer. Between sessions there is space for withdrawal, quiet integration, and community. Distance from daily life is not a luxury: it is the condition for being able to truly surrender to the process.
The setting
Hyakujōgan Zendo is located in the protected Hohe Wand Nature Park, at approximately 900 metres altitude – one hour from Vienna. Wide views across the Vienna Alpine arc as far as Lake Neusiedl, silence, unspoilt nature: an environment that by itself invites letting go.
The simple seminar house is available exclusively to the group. Rooms – mostly twin and multi-bed rooms with larch wood floors, solid wood beds, and the quiet simplicity of Zen – create a framework in which nothing distracts. The contemplative, gently spiritual character of the house contributes essentially to the safety of the container that deep breathwork requires.
The name “Hyakujōgan” recalls an old Chinese Zen master and his capacity to release fixed ideas – at altitude, in the literal and in the figurative sense.

Sunday, May 3, approx. 1:00 PM – Closing with a shared lunch
