Zen Meditation, Holotropic Breathwork and psychotherapy in dialogue exploring the various spectrums of consciousness. A GTT module open to everyone — no prior experience in Holotropic Breathwork or Zen required, yet offering a profound and deeply experiential journey on the Buddhist perspective on expanded states of consciousness. The module led by Zen Buddhist Master Dokushō Villalba will take place in English and Spanish.
