Presentation on Friday evening + 2 breathing sessions on Saturday

Participants will have the opportunity to take part to the detailed presentation on the evening of January 23rd and then practice with 2 sessions, one as breather and one as sitter, in a safe, warm and non-judgmental setting. No experience is necessary.

Starts on Friday at 19.30 with 1,5 hour introductory talk (open to everybody)
Saturday - from 8.30 to 20.30, two Holotropic Breathwork sessions + sharing circle (only for registered participants)

Wanderlust is a beautiful holistic and yoga center in the very heart of Bolzano, in north Italy. THIS IS A NON-RESIDENTIAL WORKSHOP.
