Семинары по холотропному дыханию

Здесь вы можете найти «Холотропные события» в Европе (включая Россию и Турцию). Вы можете просмотреть список всех событий или же воспользоваться фильтром и найти клиентские воркшопы по ХД, учебные модули программы Grof Transpersonal Training или другие события (например лекции и конференции по Трансперсональной психологии и психотерапии). Кроме того, вы можете искать события по дате, месту проведения и/или фасилитаторам.

На клиентских воркшопах по ХД вы можете получить опыт холотропного дыхания в роли дышащего и ситтера (см.: Как работает холотропное дыхание?). В начале воркшопа, как правило, дается теоретическое введение в метод ХД и инструктаж. После этого, в сессиях дыхания, вы получите глубокий практический опыт, исследуя свой внутренний мир и психику. Большинство таких воркшопов проводятся в выходные дни и длятся от 2 до 4 дней в зависимости от количества сессий дыхания. Некоторые семинары сосредоточены вокруг темы и включают в себя дополнительный теоретический материал и практические упражнения. Тематические семинары обычно имеют большую продолжительность — 4-6 дней.

Модули GTT, как и воркшопы, включают в себя практическую работу в четырех сессиях дыхания, но также содержат дополнительный теоретический и практический материал о различных аспектах метода и холотропной парадигмы в целом. Такие модули открыты для всех желающих и не требуют предварительного опыта холотропного дыхания. Тем не менее, они являются частью учебной программы GTT и необходимы для того, чтобы стать сертифицированным фасилитатором холотропного дыхания.

Другие события включают информацию о конференциях и лекциях по трансперсональной психологии и психотерапии, а также докладах и онлайн-событиях.
