Embark on a profound journey inward at our double holotropic breathwork retreat, surrounded by the stunning alpine beauty of Gozd Martuljek in Slovenia!
Holotropic breathwork was developed by Dr. Stanislav Grof and Christina Grof in 1974 at Esalen in California. It integrates insights ranging from modern consciousness research to ancient mystical traditions from around the world.
This powerful approach invites participants to embark on a deep inner journey through non-ordinary states of consciousness (abbr. NOSC). It can awaken personal healing potential, foster self-empowerment, and inspire collective transformation. By connecting with your Inner Self—often referred to as Inner Healing Intelligence—this process promotes emotional, spiritual, and physical healing, facilitating profound and lasting personal transformation.
ABOUT THE RETREAT
This 4-day residential retreat features 4 holotropic breathing sessions where participants work in pairs, alternating roles between breather and sitter. Each session combines breathwork, evocative holotropic music, and focused bodywork when needed to support the journey.
Participants are encouraged to trust their inner healing process and embrace each unfolding experience throughout the workshop—allowing emotions, thoughts, sensations and other inner phenomena to arise naturally and expressing them fully.
At the end of each session, there will be time for self-reflection, creative artwork and integration practices. We will conclude each day with a group sharing circle, a safe and supportive space for connecting and reflecting on the experience.

* Please ensure that you are able to attend the entire retreat from start to finish (ie. Thursday till Sunday) in person. The workshop is a complete process and partial participation is not possible.
LANGUAGE
Please bear in mind that we adapt the language of our retreats according to our participants’. We provide translation where needed, and usually alternate between speaking English, Slovene and Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION (full board)
Single room: €90 / person / night
Double room: €75 / person / night
Triple / Quadruple room: €60 / person / night
+ €2 tourist tax per day
The accommodation is to be paid directly at the hotel at the time of the retreat.
Room reservations will be made for you by the organiser depending on the remaining room availability.

Once we process & confirm your registration, a full amount is required to be paid prior to the start of the retreat. Your spot at the retreat is reserved once we receive the full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case you cancel your participation more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat, the organiser reserves the right to retain a cancellation fee of 50 €, the rest of the prepaid amount will be refunded to you.
In case you cancel your participation 2 weeks or less prior to the start of the retreat, the whole retreat amount will not be refunded.
In case the organiser cancels the retreat due to any reason, a full refund will be issued to the registered participants. Important: The organiser will not take any responsibility for any additional expenses the cancellation may cause to the participants — for example, travel expenses, accommodation etc.
