Eleni Kroupi

Eleni (PhD) is a certified Holotropic Breathwork® facilitator (by GTT - Grof Transpersonal Training) and has facilitated workshops in Switzerland, Spain, Poland, Finland, Greece and Germany.

She is also a certified Trance Dance® facilitator and a SoulCollage® facilitator organising and facilitating workshops in Barcelona.

She is a Senior Neuroscience Researcn Engineer and received her PhD on emotion recognition from brain and peripheral physiological signals in 2014. Since then she has worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the department of Psychology in Fribourg Switzerland, and she is currently working in Starlab (www.starlab.es). She has been involved in a EU project "Luminous" on measuring and altering consciousness, and she loves using neuroscientific tools (such as electroencephalogram) to demonstrate the therapeutic effect of breathwork and psychedelics on the human brain, mind and consciousness. 

Her passion is consciousness and the human potential of it, accompanying people through combining holotropic breathwork with shamanic trance dance so that they find their own path in life discovering the huge healing potential of non-ordinary states of consciousness. She speaks greek, english, french, and spanish.
