GTT Mandatory Module - THE POWER WITHIN - The Practice of Holotropic Breathwork. Taught by Sitara Blasco, 13th–18th April 2026 in Assisi, ITALY
6 day-residential workshop, in English with Italian translation, integrating lectures with deep experiential practice of Holotropic Breathwork.
The Module is a professional advanced training event. To participate in this module it is necessary to have completed at least one of the GTT Modules beforehand. Starting in 2027, two modules will be a prerequisite in order to participate in this module.
In this module, Holotropic theory comes alive. It’s where we experience the essence of the practice first-hand. We will discuss the principles that support and inform the practice of Holotropic Breathwork®. Sitara will explain the fundaments of HB and why it is such a special method for personal exploration and self-healing. We will also practice the technique of focused energy release.

This Module is one of the obligatory modules for certifying as Holotropic Breathwork® Practitioner.
In this module, the participants have the opportunity to get to know the practical experience of Holotropic Breathwork. During the six days of the module, each participant will have the experience of four sessions of Holotropic Breathwork, two as "breather" and two as "sitter".
Besides theoretical presentations and breathwork sessions, during the module, there will be arts, music, movies, and group integration time.
To participate in this module, it is necessary to have previous experience with Holotropic Breathwork and to have completed at least one GTT module beforehand (from 2027 onward, two modules will be required beforehand). You are also required to complete a brief, confidential medical form.
If you wish to continue with the Grof Transpersonal Training, this module is one of the four mandatory requirements. You will also need to sign an ethical agreement, because with this module provided you have already completed two modules beforehand you may begin working as an apprentice within a team, which carries greater responsibility.
The ethical agreement will be provided on-site during registration in Assisi.

The closest airport to Assisi is Perugia. The second closest Roma Fiumicino or Roma Ciampino. . We will provide a online shared travel list to coordinate taxi/car sharing opportunities among participants.

From Perugia Airport:
You can reach the venue by taking a Bus (there are several options at the airport), or a combo train + bus called Perugia Airlink, alternatively arranging for private transportation.

From Rome Airport:
To get to the venue from Rome Airport, you have the option of taking a train to the nearby train station Roma Termini heading to Assisi, (the journey by train takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes), and then proceed to the venue by taxi.
By Car:
From Piazzale Matteotti continue towards "Porta Perlici", one of the gates of Assisi, then proceed on the state road 444 in the direction of Gualdo Tadino for about 6 km. At km 26 of the state road to be traveled (see indicator on the left side of the road that indicates every km of the state road) turn right and carefully follow the signs “Az. Agr. Le Case ”/Santuario Madonna dei Tre Fossi/ Località Bandita Cileni (blue sign). The venue is 1 km above the “Madonna dei 3 Fossi” sanctuary.
Special Taxi Rate from Assisi Train Station to Venue. The venue partnered with a local taxi company to offer you special rates for transportation from the train station to the venue. Mandatory Training Module
The early bird price for the GTT Module is €950 inc.22% VAT. EARLY BIRDS DEAD LINE: 2ND OF MARCH, 2026
The regular price after the early bird is €1.150 inc.22% VAT
Participants from non-EU countries are exempt from the 22% VAT, which will be deducted from the total. Registered EU companies with a valid VAT number will receive an invoice without VAT if the VAT number only if is provided during registration. Retroactive changes are not possible.
Participants from Poland, Ukraine, and other low-income countries who are experiencing verifiable economic difficulties are eligible to request a reduced rate. Kindly contact us for further details only if you fall in this category.
Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in the seminar fee and must be paid directly to the venue in advanced.. Detailed information will be provided upon registration. Accommodation rates per person, per day, including full board (meals and lodging), are as follows:
- Single Room*: €135 per person
- Double Room: €115 per person
- Triple Room: €99 per person
- Quadruple/Quintuple Room: €89 per person
When registration numbers are high, single rooms are subject to availability. Please note this during registration: we can only confirm single room assignments closer to the module date.
The price includes full board and generous coffee/tea breaks.
A non refundable deposit will be required to secure both the hotel booking and the seminar registration. Further details on the deposit amounts and payment instructions will be provided during the registration process.
Extra nights (before and/or after the module) can be booked by selecting the appropriate option in the registration form. All necessary information will be included in the confirmation email after registration.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is always EUR 200 incl.22%VAT, for a Module. If you cancel the module within 30 days before the course, the course fee will not be refunded, but could be applied to any other module or workshop with the Holotropic Association Austria (minus the cancellation fee). If you cancel the workshop more than a month in advance the total amount minus 200, EUR cancellation fee will be refunded. If the organization should cancel the event due to any reason, the entire amount paid for the course will be refunded to the participants. Please note: The organisation will not take any responsibility for any additional expenses the cancellation may cause to the participant such as for example travel expenses.
VENUE: the deposit for the hotel is non refundable

La tassa di cancellazione è sempre di 200 euro, inclusa IVA al 22%, per un modulo. Se annulli la partecipazione al modulo entro 30 giorni prima dell'inizio del corso, il costo affrontato per il corso non sarà rimborsato, ma potrà essere applicato a qualsiasi altro modulo o workshop con Association Europe (al netto della tassa di cancellazione). Se annulli il workshop con oltre un mese di anticipo, l'importo totale, meno la tassa di cancellazione di 200 EUR, sarà rimborsato. Se l'organizzazione dovesse cancellare l'evento per qualsiasi motivo, l'intero importo pagato per il corso sarà rimborsato ai partecipanti.
