Integration is a fundamental aspect of structured and ethical work in expanded states of awareness. In this module, we will explore the practice of integration in depth, combining theoretical insights with hands-on experience. You will learn various tools and techniques to support the integration process of experiences in Holotropic Breathwork, psychedelics, and other methods for inducing non-ordinary states of consciousness. Through role-plays, real-life examples, and direct practice, we will develop practical skills to navigate and guide the integration journey effectively. This will enhance your skills and capacities as a Holotropic Breathwork practitioner

You will learn:

- What integration is

- A journey through different metaphors to understand integration

- Tools and techniques for maximizing the benefits of experiences in non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSC)

- A specific approach to conducting integration sessions

- How to apply these insights in your consultations as a Holotropic Breathwork practitioner

- The most common challenges people experience after difficult experiences in NOSC

This module is for you if:

- You are a practitioner who supports people through their journeys in non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSC).

- You are personally engaged in a therapeutic or spiritual journey involving NOSC.

- You want to deepen your capacity to support others in their integration process.

- You seek a broader, more nuanced, and respectful approach to integration.

Attendance Requirement for Certification

To ensure this module contributes toward your Holotropic Breathwork® certification, it's important to be present on-site for the entire duration of the training. This includes all scheduled activities, notably the opening and closing circles.

We recommend planning your travel carefully to accommodate the full schedule. Missing any portion of the module may affect your ability to complete it successfully
