Dear Fellow Facilitators
Following a deeply nourishing event in February another is offered at the beginning of autumn - one of the best times of the year to visit Scotland.
The venue, Cherry Tree Lodge worked really well, the food was great, comfy beds, lots of space, scenery superb and sufficiently secluded that no-one could hear us scream!
It is a low-cost, collaborative 4 night event to fulfil the 1st CPD minimum requirement for facilitators of being a breather twice per year.
The event will run “certification” style including preparation, session and integration with each of us rotating around a set of roles so that we breathe twice, support the safety of the sessions and the smooth running of the space thereby reducing the cost.
At the last one, as well as breathing twice there was space to share our passions and expertise. We shared spiritual practice with different kinds of meditations, held a heart circle, enjoyed the art studio for mandala drawings and soul collage, joined in shamanic rituals and movie yoga, had a fire ceremony, walked the land, swapped music sets.... and there was more on offer but alas time ran out. The open space contributed to it being a fresh, alive and unique (learning) experience - there will never be another one like it!
There are just 14 places per event.
It is being held again at Cherry Tree Lodge, a secluded but easy to get to retreat centre set in a stunning landscape. It has a view that nourishes the soul. You will be able to extend your stay either before or after the event to explore the surrounding area. It is just an hour away from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands.
It is offered on a donation basis. As a guide the costs work out at £280 per person if 10 people attend.
All meals, refreshments and shared accommodation from Wednesday evening to Sunday lunch is included.
If you are thinking of coming, your commitment is needed by 11 Dec to secure the venue. If we get 6 sign ups then the event will go ahead. If not, the next event is scheduled for 23 September 2020.
You can register for the event here.
Looking forward to "being" with you in Bonnie Scotland.
May we be whole, May we be in peace.

From the North and South: From the M90 take J4 and at the top of the slip road follow the signs to Dollar and Saline going past Baxter’s Soup visitor centre on the left. On entering Saline follow the road down the hill past the general store and take the next right into North Road. Then take an immediate right onto Bridge St. Follow this road for about 1 mile, past Grey Craigs Cottage on the left (they sell eggs) until the road takes a sharp right, on this bend to the left is the lane to Milton Farm which you follow to the end where you will find Cherry Tree Lodge. Please drive very slowly as animals are often on the loose and to save wear and tear on the track.
From the west: Take the M876 east. It merges with the M9 after J2 and after about a 1 ½ miles you take a slip road back onto the M876 towards the Clackmannanshire Bridge and the Kincardine Bridge. Cross the Firth of Forth using the Clackmannanshire Bridge following the sign to Alloa and Perth. After the bridge take the A977 towards Perth – it is also sign posted to Knockhill Racing Circuit. After about 3 miles just before you enter the Hamlet of Forest Mill take the small signposted right hand turn to Saline – there is a tea rooms on the corner. At the next T junction turn right to Saline. On the right hand side driving into the centre of Saline is a bus turning circle (there is a small car park with recycling bins adjacent to it) – directly opposite, on the left, you turn into North Road.
